In 2009 I-DESIGN forayed into vacuum technology arena due to its association with Cryogenics products. Since then we have delivered many customized solutions to our clients. Some of them are Design and development of Vacuum chambers, Design and development of Linear rotary feed throughs, various types of flange connection, bayonet couplings, junction boxes, current leads chambers, flexible hose connections, specialized vacuum valves etc.

We have been growing rapidly in this field in the last few years with many new projects in the pipeline. We have the necessary infrastructure in place for fabrication of vacuum components like: Vacuum chambers, Cryostats, valves, connectors etc.

Our infrastructure includes TIG welding, MIG welding, Copper and Silver brazing, Vacuum brazing, SS to Cu Welding, Electrical resistance welding, laser welding, electropolishing, mass flow leak detection, rotary oil pumps, Turbo molecular Pump, sputter Ion pump, Vacuum gauges etc.

We also work in close collaboration with technical institutes and research institute for knowledge up-gradation and collaboration.
