I-DESIGN one of the important activity is data collection and interpretation. All the designed products needs to give the desired result such as life, strength and deflection etc. in their intended usage. There could always be a gap between the design intent and actual part after manufacturing. This gap can only be analyzed by thorough validation and testing.

At I-DESIGN we use a variety of transducers to collect actual performance data of any developed system. Be it an engine, a gear box, axle or a vacuum compatible product. A team of highly qualified and experienced engineers and engaged in the activity of field data acquisition.

We can record data like strain, force, displacement, acceleration, pressure, temperature, speed and noise etc. right at the time of usage. These data are further filtered and analyzed to verify the design parameters vis-à-vis the actual performance of the product. Furthermore the same data helps us in deciding test criteria for laboratory conditions. This helps us and our clients in reducing the developmental time of the product.
